Essentia I, II & Skyjungle are three buildings within Luum Zama designed by our firm, following the award-winning project Artia designed by us in 2016. Skyjungle and Essentia continue the legacy of natural, local finishes combined with sophisticated layout plans, creating a truly unique living experience for its residents. Designed to harmoniously blend with the jungle, the complex boasts exceptional indoor and outdoor qualities. The open floor plans and retractable glass doors create a seamless connection between the interiors and the lush jungle gardens, providing residents with an unparalleled living experience.
